We hope you love your handcrafted jewelry from Christensenr, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer store credit (which never expires) or exchanges for unworn and non-personalized* items returned within 7 days of delivery.
Please note, we do not offer refunds. Orders cannot be canceled once placed. After receiving your order, you may choose to exchange it or return it for store credit.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and show no signs of wear. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges or repairs requested after the 7-day period will not be accepted as items are considered used.
This policy applies to domestic (U.S.) orders only. Currently, we do not accept international returns, exchanges, or replacements.
Exceptions:
Made-to-order or personalized pieces, including custom initials or engraved jewelry, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Earrings are also final sale for hygiene reasons.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping options like UPS or DHL for added security.
